Medical Surgical Float (MS FLOAT) for the healthcare facility located in the area. This position involves providing patient care within a Medical Surgical unit, working as part of a team to deliver quality care to diverse patient populations. The role requires flexibility to float across units and adapt to various clinical settings.

  Responsible for assisting with patient assessments, nursing interventions, and documentation in accordance with clinical standards and protocols. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with surgical and medical patients, including those with diagnoses such as CHF, CVA, SOB, diabetic issues, and post-operative care for total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgeries.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  BLS Certification;
  Minimum of 2 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience;
  Active RN license;
  Flexibility to work scheduled shifts;
  Location in the specified area.
• Schedule:
  
  12-hour shifts, working days, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  The position may require float to various units within the facility, adherence to dress code with any scrub color, and participation in unit-specific orientation. The contract duration is from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027, with shifts scheduled on weekends and every other holiday, including call or standby requirements.
