About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Restaurant Manager located in Bismarck, ND. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Knowledge of P&L statements, food cost, and inventory management preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $/yr
