Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

The role supports Sam’s Club operations in the Freezer, Cooler, and Deli area, helping to maintain stock, ensure product quality, and provide member service in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; price and sign merchandise; complete required audits, paperwork and logs; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locate merchandise and assist with purchasing decisions; provide Deli products to Members; resolve issues and promote Company products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow Cold Chain procedures when stocking; clean freezer/cooler/deli area; monitor fans, drains and doors for proper operation; report issues to Management.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality products, ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality products.

• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Apply safety and sanitation standards and participate in routine safety checks

• The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.70; actual rate will meet or exceed minimum wage applicable to the job location; additional compensation in premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
