Kohl's - - - Responsibilities:
Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including opportunities to upsell.;
Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry;
Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends;
Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards (merchandise sets, tester maintenance, department cleanliness and hygiene standards);
Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
