Position Title: Center Store Associate (Part Time)

Location: 835 S. Washington Street, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504

This role is responsible for working independently to display and stock products, ensuring the financial best interest of the store, meeting company guidelines for guest experience, and complying with safety and food safety guidelines.

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Familiarize with all products carried in the departments and know product locations.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and well‑stocked departments.
• Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented.

May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Required to stand and walk for extended periods, and may bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently. Works in a typical retail store environment with varied temperatures, occasional exposure to outside weather, and low to moderate noise. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
