Operations Associate - Kirkwood Mall

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – You maneuver around the store at a fast pace and assist customers with questions or requests.
• Execute pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store – Assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Work with coworkers to unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel support – Contribute to buy‑online‑pickup‑in‑store, ship‑from‑store, order delivery and returns, and online order shipping.
• Merchandise strategy – Execute leadership plans for merchandise placement with efficiency and detail while maintaining merchandising standards.
• Participate in a learning environment – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Results – Solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively; inspire strong performance in yourself and others.
• Ownership – Provide great customer service, cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships, and take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity – Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience; show confidence and courage to do what’s right; take action with energy and urgency.
• Work experience – 1‑2 years retail experience.
