Overview
As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora offers an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to fully immerse themselves in the brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. The role involves coaching and managing a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, and driving store sales and performance.

- Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, and provide real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Build your network and inspire the recruitment of top talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve any performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Results‑oriented leader with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating genuine care.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of delivering positive results.
- Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Salary: $55,000 – $69,000 commensurate with experience.
