• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a sense of Care.
• Ability to charm and captivate various audiences, connecting at all organizational levels.
• Minimum age 18; must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift over 50 pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week; typical hours up to 12 in base weeks, up to 21 in peak weeks (not exceeding 30 per week).
