Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience;
Coach team to deliver merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes behind the scenes;
Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s) with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager;
Build and lead a strong, effective team including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate number of direct reports;
Ensure teammates are properly trained, coached, and held accountable for compliance with policies and safety procedures
