Collaborate with bakery team to prepare bakery items based on daily production needs using baking equipment and following recipes; wrap, label, and store merchandise per company policies; ensure food safety and sanitation standards, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.;
Provide exceptional customer service to members, assist with bakery orders, and maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready area.;
Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to drive sales, assist with product quality decisions, and engage with members during the shopping experience.;
Maintain operational excellence by ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items, proper packaging and labeling, and control of waste.;
Represent the department and club by delivering high-quality service and maintaining energy, commitment, and passion for the work..
