Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, knowledgeable apparel assistance
• Recommend products based on sport, fit, and performance needs
• Maintain organized, well-folded, and sized apparel displays
• Replenish and rotate stock from backroom to sales floor
• Support fitting rooms, including go-backs and customer requests
• Operate POS for basic sales, returns, and exchanges
• Follow company standards for merchandising and signage
• Help maintain a clean, safe sales floor and fitting room area
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training
