Deli Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily deli operations, ensuring fresh, high-quality products and excellent service
• Supervise, schedule, train, and coach deli associates to meet performance and food safety standards
• Manage ordering, inventory, merchandising, and shrink control to achieve sales and margin goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, appealing deli department
• Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, pricing, and product selection
• Maintain accurate records, including production logs, temperature checks, and waste tracking
• Support hiring and onboarding of new deli team members
