Retail Merchandising Associate

Home Goods, a division of Widgets Co, seeks a Retail Merchandising Associate to support in-store presentation of our manufacturing-driven product lines. In this role, you'll implement planograms, set up and maintain eye-catching displays, and ensure accurate signage and pricing. You'll track inventory levels on the sales floor, report stock or display issues, and gather feedback on product performance. Working closely with store teams, you'll help optimize product placement to increase sales while maintaining a clean, safe, and brand-right shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising plans for Home
• Goods displays
• Set up, stock, and refresh product layouts to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock or display issues
• Collect feedback on product performance and shopper behavior
• Collaborate with store staff to optimize product placement
• Ensure signage, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate
• Conduct basic store audits and complete required reports
