Target - - Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations and prioritize guest needs over tasks;
Uphold and execute Food & Beverage Standards and related processes (deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, storing reserve product);
Follow all food safety requirements and company policies;
Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales;
Assist with merchandise displays and backroom organization; identify damaged, recalled, or expired items per policy;
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up while maintaining compliance to laws and safety policies;
Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting and assisting guests; resolve questions and thank guests for shopping at Target
