Mobile Associates are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, engaging customers, identifying needs, and educating them on T‑Mobile solutions.

• Proactively engage with customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools and communicating effectively.
• Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding process; identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; stay current on promotions and knowledge resources; partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and handle kiosk operations.
• Be customer‑obsessed: build rapport, provide exceptional service, exceed expectations, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage “Be Back” processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred

• Customer satisfaction – passionate customer advocate, balancing experience and performance goals (Required)
• Team building – willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices (Required)
• Retail sales – competitive drive and confidence in fast‑paced sales environment (Required)

• At least 18 years of age

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and hourly training pay. Upon completion they promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for a $18,000 per year incentive target.
