Overview
Inside Salesperson to assist our team in providing the best customer experience possible. Northwest Tire has been serving North Dakota and surrounding areas for 45 years, and prides itself on providing stable employment opportunities with excellent facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities- Keep the service department running with walk-in customers and ensure our outside sales team work orders are completed efficiently.
- Prioritize customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Schedule appointments, build estimates and invoices, keep customers updated with their vehicle status, and delegate work orders to the service staff.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies; participate in tire sales and recommend needed services.
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST ENVIRONMENT!
