Do you love fitness, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, energetic team?
HOTWORX Bismarck is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while creating an amazing experience for every member who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:- Welcome and connect with members and guests
- Give studio tours and help people start their fitness journey
- Sell memberships and retail products
- Follow up with leads and referrals
- Assist with social media and community events
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Motivate members and help them reach their goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Reliable and coachable
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- 15-25 hours per week
- Day or evenings, and 1 Saturday shift per month
- Opportunity for bonuses and commissions
