Eurofins US Network in Bismarck, ND is hiring a Client Relations Manager (CRM) to lead new client setup, account maintenance, quotes and proposals, and project kickoffs. The CRM oversees client accounts and mentors maintenance activities, fostering strong client relationships to support the laboratory mission.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Chemistry or Sciences, at least 3 years in client relationship or customer service roles, and English proficiency.
