Health System Account Executive - ND / SD / NE
$200K-$280K+ Total Compensation + Company Car
ECA Recruiters is working with the Health System division of a global top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer to identify an experienced Health System Account Executive covering Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota
.
This is a high-level strategic account role focused on developing long-term relationships with health systems and driving growth across the territory.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key health systems
- Understand customer priorities, challenges and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to drive account strategy and revenue growth
- Serve as the quarterback for account planning, collaboration and resource allocation
- Base salary: $160K-$220K
, depending on experience - Target bonus: $55K
, uncapped based on performance - Long-term incentives available for top performers
- Company car

- 5+ years of hospital/health system account management experience
- Proven record of sales success, including rankings, awards or recognition
Territory:
Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota
