Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in USA/ND/Bismarck to lead a team of hourly employees and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will mentor the team and coordinate with Safety, Ops, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
Training at an operating site for up to 10 weeks will be conducted 50+ miles from the home site. Overnight shifts and weekend schedules may apply, with front-half or back-half rotations as needed.
