Salary: $15.00 per hour
Summary of Duties:- Assist with all phases of construction projects.
- Assist with campus clean up.
- Assist with painting.
- Assist with grounds keeping.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Follow the proper UTTC procurement policies and procedures.
- Communicate with others to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
- Perform light general maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs, plugging drains, appliance repair, and light carpentry.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including a minimum of 8 hours for Special Events.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
- Shift work takes place outside normal working hours (Monday to Friday 8 AM–5 PM) with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
- Shifts may be early morning, late morning, evening, night, and rotating.
- Additional hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Climb a ladder where applicable.
- Stand, bend, or kneel for hours at a time.
- Work at heights up to 30 ft.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current OSHA 10 card.
- Valid ND Driver’s License and be insurable under UTTC’s insurance carrier.
