Salary: $15.00 per hour

• Assist with all phases of construction projects.
• Assist with campus clean up.
• Assist with painting.
• Assist with grounds keeping.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Follow the proper UTTC procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate with others to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
• Perform light general maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs, plugging drains, appliance repair, and light carpentry.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including a minimum of 8 hours for Special Events.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

• Shift work takes place outside normal working hours (Monday to Friday 8 AM–5 PM) with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
• Shifts may be early morning, late morning, evening, night, and rotating.
• Additional hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

• Lift 50 lbs.
• Climb a ladder where applicable.
• Stand, bend, or kneel for hours at a time.
• Work at heights up to 30 ft.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current OSHA 10 card.
• Valid ND Driver’s License and be insurable under UTTC’s insurance carrier.
