We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team installing water mains and repairing/replacing water services. This position offers hands‑on work in the field and the opportunity to grow within a well‑established utility construction company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with installation of water main systems
- Repair and replace residential and commercial water services
- Operate hand tools and assist with construction equipment
- Perform excavation support, trench work, and site preparation
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Work alongside crew members, foremen, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Experience in underground utilities, water/sewer, or construction preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and work in outdoor conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, standing for extended periods)
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
