Job Overview
We are a landscape and construction company specializing in pools and outdoor living. This role involves building vinyl liner pools and leading a small team of 3‑4 crew members.
Responsibilities- Build vinyl liner pools and, as needed, learn to install fiberglass pools.
- Oversee and mentor a small crew of 3‑4 installers.
- Complete projects within required time frames and quality standards.
- Communicate progress and potential issues with management.
- Strong work ethic and respectful team player.
- Experience in pool installation preferred; ability to learn fiberglass construction.
- Insurable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Hourly pay based on experience ($35–$45/hour) and $80,000+ per year plus incentives for leaders who achieve results. Opportunities for winter work. 99% local work with time off for hunting and fishing.
