Arrow Service Team is looking for a full-time Painter to join our Restoration Reconstruction Team of professionals in Bismarck ND!
Arrow is the leader in the disaster restoration industry in North Dakota, based out of Bismarck. We have built our heritage one project at a time, establishing a reputation for performance, integrity, and responsibility among our customers and carriers alike. Whether property damage is caused by water, fire, smoke, storms, or other disasters, we deliver on our promise to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need!
Our passion for quality and customer service drives everything we do.
A Restoration Painter is scheduled to work on a variety of different projects at various site locations throughout the workweek. What makes working at Arrow unique is the work itself in that it entails restoring a property (or parts of a property) back to its pre-loss condition and look more so than construction of a new property. Jobs range from small to large and depend on how much and where the damage took place.
Our Restoration Painters primarily work on painting the interior of residential homes or commercial properties. Time is also scheduled at the shop for staining and/or painting trim packs, cabinets, and doors, and readying building materials for installation for our carpentry team.
Restoration Painters use company vans to get to and from assigned job locations. Work is most often done in a team environment.
As Arrow's footprint extends beyond the Bismarck/Mandan area, travel outside the immediate area is often required. On occasions, overnights may be necessary. In these situations, Arrow pays for the hotel and a nightly per diem is provided.
If you take pride in your finished work, this is the job for you! If you are newer to the profession, we have a team of skilled Painters ready to share their knowledge and help you succeed.
Training is fully paid and on-the-job with our experienced team. Expected core training is 2 to 3 weeks but depends on overall progress. In this role, you'll be learning something new every day.
We look forward to investing in your future!
