Hire Aligned is recruiting for a respected HVAC contractor serving the Bismarck and surrounding area. We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
Clearly explain repair recommendations and system performance to customers
Complete service documentation accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service on every job while maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle
Experience servicing residential HVAC systems
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
