Eide Ford Lincoln is Hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician with BONUS OPPORTUNITIES. Eide Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team in Bismarck North Dakota. This is a full time role in a busy service department where you will handle a wide range of diesel repairs and maintenance tasks, working both independently and as part of a team.

• Diagnose and repair diesel vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and related components
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues
• Document all repairs and maintenance accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with service advisors and the parts department to complete repairs on schedule
• Stay informed on new technology and industry updates
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist and mentor apprentices and less experienced technicians when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of diesel technician experience
  
  Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read technical manuals
• Solid time management and multitasking ability
• Must have your own tools
• Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset
• Able to lift up to fifty pounds and stand for long periods of time
