Restoration PainterWe're looking for a skilled Restoration Painter to join our Reconstruction Team. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy variety, and want opportunities to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Paint and restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, and other disasters.
- Brush, roll, and spray walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding, filling holes, and cleaning.
- Stain and paint trim, cabinets, and doors at the shop as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete project documentation.
- Work alongside our reconstruction team to return properties to their pre-loss condition.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of painting experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, approximately 42–46 hours per week.
- Hours:
6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm. - Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
- Rotating after-hours on-call schedule with additional compensation once trained.
