Northern Plains Railroad, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Tamper Operator to join the construction team. This full-time, on-site role operates a tamper and on‑track equipment to rehabilitate and install track, move ballast, and support surfacing projects.
Work schedule is M–F 07:00–15:30 with OT and occasional weekends; extensive travel required. You will follow safety rules, prepare production reports, coordinate with the crew, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
