Description

• A hands-on mechanic who likes variety, works well with a team, and takes pride in clean, accurate repairs.
• Someone trusted with advanced jobs while still willing to learn, train, and stay current.

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, from brakes to drivability issues.
• Perform work accurately, safely, and according to company and industry standards.
• Work with service writers/advisors and team members to keep repairs clear, accurate, and timely.
• Maintain a clean bay, accurate documentation, and strong follow-through.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain required certifications as assigned.

• 2-4 years of hands-on auto repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record under company standards.
• Ability to work in person at the assigned shop location.
• Strong understanding of front-end repair, heating and A/C, manual drivetrain and axle, brake systems, and advanced front suspension.

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift, talk, hear, and use hands and arms throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Very heavy work: occasionally exerting more than 100 pounds of force, frequently more than 50 pounds of force, and constantly more than 20 pounds of force to move objects.
