We are seeking a skilled and passionate Powersports Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on powersports vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations and repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in powersports technology.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in powersports or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a technician in the powersports industry or a similar mechanical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
