Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor to lead a hands-on team supporting automated manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this on-site role, you'll oversee daily work on control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and automated equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production. You'll coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects, collaborating closely with engineering and production. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a controls team supporting manufacturing operations for windows, doors, and skylights
  • Plan, assign, and review daily work on control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and automated equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve overall line performance
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Marvin standards and procedures
  • Train, coach, and mentor technicians to build technical capability and teamwork
  • Partner with engineering, production, and maintenance to implement process improvements
  • Document controls changes, maintain accurate records, and support standard work
