Job Description:
Social Worker needed to cover dialysis centers with a focus on renal failure patients. Position requires travel or tele-visiting work at sister locations including Turtle Lake and Williston.
Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to patients dealing with renal failure.
- Coordinate care across multiple locations.
- Participate in departmental meetings wearing business casual attire.
Requirements:
- MSW or LCSW with current ND Licensure.
- BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
