Nexus Family Healing is seeking a full-time Social Services Coordinator in Bismarck, ND to support Chafee Independent Living services for foster youth 16 and older. You will assess, develop, and conduct skills training, collaborate with community partners, and advocate for resources to enable successful transitions to adulthood.
Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, eligibility verification for Chafee Funds, and wraparound planning to meet recipients’ needs.
