• Hold a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

• Prior experience with school-aged children or pediatrics is strongly desired
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills essential

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
• Collect data, monitor progress, and document all therapy sessions in compliance with school and district policies
• Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and related service staff for holistic student support
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives regarding communication strategies and inclusive practices
