Pride, Inc. is hiring a Daytime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program. In this role, you’ll work alongside people with developmental disabilities as they build skills, explore their community, prepare for employment, develop greater independence, and work toward goals that are important to them.

No two days have to look the same. You may spend your day teaching a new life skill, helping someone explore a potential job, participating in recreational activities, getting out into the community, or celebrating progress toward a personal goal.

What You’ll Do

• Teach and support social, employment-readiness, self-advocacy, recreation, and daily living skills
• Encourage independence, choice, confidence, and personal growth
• Help people explore employment and community opportunities
• Plan and participate in meaningful activities based on individual interests and abilities
• Provide transportation to activities and community opportunities
• Document progress and help individuals work toward their personal goals
• Create an environment where people are treated with dignity and respect

What We’re Looking For
A dependable, flexible, and positive person who enjoys working with people and wants a career with purpose. Human services experience is preferred, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to help people succeed.

A valid North Dakota driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
