Full Stack Application Software Developer

The Opportunity:

As a full‑stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you’re looking for the chance to not just develop sof tware, but to help create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We’re looking for a developer like you with the skills needed to develop sof tware and systems from vision to production ready.

This role is more than just coding. As a full‑stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using object‑oriented technologies such as .NET

  • 3+ years of experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

  • Experience developing APIs, back‑end services, and system integrations

  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza, or DB2

  • Experience troubleshooting application defects and supporting deployments or production environments

  • Experience identifying and resolving Section 508 accessibility issues and applying responsive and user‑centered design principles

  • Experience with peer code reviews and unit testing

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Sof tware Engineering, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria

  • Experience with functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, or user acceptance testing

  • Experience tracking and validating defects using tools such as Jira, Service Now, or Azure Dev Ops

  • Experience with automated unit, API, front‑end, performance, or accessibility testing tools

  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, Dev Sec Ops , or CI / CD practices

  • Experience with SAS, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

  • Experience supporting regulated environments such as federal or healthcare

  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, or the OWASP Top 10

  • Sof tware Development, Testing, Accessibility, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity Certification
