We are looking to add a team member to perform Quality Control Inspections, be a Driver to transport customers in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Job DescriptionQuality Control responsibilities include:
- Verify repairs have been done on vehicles and the vehicle is running properly.
- Test drive repaired vehicles.
- Add fluids to vehicle if required.
- Add air to tires if required.
- Verify no tools were left in the vehicle.
- Clean up any oil or dirt spots on or inside the vehicle.
- Torque wheels if necessary.
- Driving customers daily to their desired destinations
- Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean
- Using navigation apps to determine the best route
- Taking out trash
- Sweeping and mopping
- Restocking
- Other light duties as assigned
As a team member doing quality control, it is your responsibility to not only verify repairs were done, but also to let Advisors know of anything else that may be needed to be communicated to the customer (i.e., if the oil change sticker is past due and the customer is due for an oil change, etc.)
Driver responsibilities include planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.
Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.
To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.
Responsibilities- Complete the QC Inspection Checklist on each repaired vehicle in 25 minutes or less.
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
- Pick up customers from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
- Ability to use a torque wrench.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or extreme hot depending on the weather.
- Proven experience as a safe driver.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A clean driving record.
- Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).
- Familiarity with GPS devices.
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
- A polite and professional disposition.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.
- A high school diploma.
