Class A Delivery Driver

Johnson Brothers is a leading family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, delivering exceptional service since 1953. We are currently looking for a Class A Delivery Driver to join our team! Competitive Pay $28.52 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour driver premium. The role includes a four‑day work week with one overnight shift, all expenses paid, and occasional Saturday work as needed.

The position is 40 hours per week plus overtime and offers a $1,500.00 sign‑on bonus.

• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two‑wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting required; able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the Bismarck and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self‑motivated, work independently and manage deadlines
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age
