Legal Assistant – Estate Planning Law Firm
Location:
Tulsa, Ok
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $19-$20/hour
This position primarily supports attorneys with the preparation and drafting of legal documents while also assisting with general office operations as needed. We are a small, team-oriented office where everyone contributes to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Must HavePrior office, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience required
Strong office and administrative skills
Experience creating professional documents using Microsoft Word and other standard office software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Proficiency with computers and standard office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Some legal knowledge or previous experience in a legal office is a big plus
Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing estate planning documents and other legal paperwork
Create, edit, and format professional legal and office documents
Review documents for accuracy and attention to detail
Organize and maintain client files and records
Assist with administrative and office support tasks
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Support attorneys with various projects and assignments as needed
When needed, this position will provide coverage for the Front Desk Assistant, including:
Answering incoming phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Greeting and assisting clients
Preparing conference rooms for client meetings
Maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment
