Treasury Management Specialist II

The Treasury Management (TM) Specialist II is responsible for onboarding, implementation, and the day-to-day support for commercial and TM clients.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures delivery of consistent, high quality customer service via telephone and email to TM clients.

Manages the client experience throughout the onboarding process and throughout the relationship.

Creates TM agreements, services implementation, and coordinates customer training.

Assists with updating/improving internal procedures and processes.

Works closely with retail or branch to gather appropriate client documentation to complete opening of new accounts and ensures adherence to existing policies and procedures for commercial customers.

Assists in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.

Demonstrates strong and demonstrated collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills.

Recognizes irregular, suspicious, or fraudulent transactions and escalates when they occur on a timely basis.

Adheres to established Service Level Agreements “SLA’s”.Keep informed about trends and best practices with respect to TM.Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
3+ years experience in treasury business, required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Honesty and respect for confidential information.

Strong attention to detail and organization.
