• Salary +Encounter-Based Bonuses
• NO WEEKENDS except births
• NO NIGHTS PAST 5PM except births
• 10 Call Days per month
• 15-20 Patients per day
• Sign on Bonus & Relocation
• HUGE Loan Repayment
