Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

This company is a growing engineering services firm that is building out their transportation division. This role is hybrid in either OKC or Tulsa and is full time with full benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Open Roads, Microstation and related software / design programs.
• Familiarity with relevant computer software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate with government clients including various DOTs.
• Civil Engineering Design skills, especially in roadway and bridge design and storm sewer design.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of transportation engineering design experience.
• Effective communication skills to work with team members and clients.
• Project management skills, especially in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Manage work assignments for Junior Engineers, CAD technicians and other support staff.
