Deposit Services Associate

Position: Deposit Services Associate I
As a Deposit Services Associate, you will work closely with others within the department to ensure various deadlines are met on a daily basis. Our Deposit Services team is responsible for processing and resolving customer requests and problems accurately and timely.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you’ll need to be our Deposit Services Associate:

High School Diploma or GED.One-plus year of banking experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other job-related software programs.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

What you’ll do as a Deposit Services Associate:

Perform a variety of Deposit Services functions, including exception processing, transaction research, legal requests, returns, and dispute resolution.

Review account activity and transactions to ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Verify and process electronic payment transactions, including wire transfers and ACH files.

Provide cross-functional support and backup for additional Deposit Services operations.
