We are seeking a seasoned, well-connected Home Care Community Liaison & Outreach Specialist to serve as the primary relationship builder for our private-pay home care agency in Tulsa. This is not an entry-level role
. This position is for an experienced home care or senior services marketer who already understands the referral landscape and brings existing private-pay relationships to the table.

Who We’re Looking For (Please Read Carefully)
This role is designed for a seasoned community liaison/home care marketer
, not a general sales or entry-level marketing role.
You should be:
- Well-known and well-respected in the Tulsa senior care and healthcare community
- Someone whose phone already rings with private-pay home care opportunities
- Actively engaging with families, discharge planners, case managers, and referral partners regarding private-pay services
- Highly motivated, positive, and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about helping families find quality care

If you do not have experience in home care, hospice, or senior services marketing, this role will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand existing private-pay referral relationships
- Develop new referral partnerships throughout Tulsa and the surrounding areas, including:
- -Case managers, social workers, and VA-related partners
- -Senior living communities and senior-focused organizations
- Generate consistent daily referral activity to support sustained growth
- Represent the agency professionally and positively within hospital and community settings
- Collaborate directly with ownership to strategically grow and strengthen the Tulsa market
- Play an active role in shaping and scaling a startup-style agency with strong operational support
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a community liaison, marketer, or referral representative in:
- Private-pay home care (strongly preferred)
- Hospice or senior services with private-pay crossover experience
- Senior living communities (independent living, assisted living, memory care)
- Hospital-based marketing, including active collaboration with discharge planners, case managers, and social work teams (required)
- Other referral-driven healthcare environments serving older adults
- Existing private-pay referral relationships
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Deep familiarity with the Tulsa market
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
Candidates must be comfortable navigating hospital systems, maintaining professional visibility, and collaborating effectively within hospital environments.
