We are seeking a Licensed Medical Assistant who is equally confident in a clinical role and in a front desk setting. This hybrid position plays a vital role in both supporting our providers during treatments and creating a seamless, welcoming experience for our patients from the moment they arrive.

• Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
  Assist providers with in-room procedures and treatments
• Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
  Prepare exam and treatment rooms
• Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
  Take and record vital signs and patient history
• Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
  Support patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical experience
• Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
  Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
  Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
• Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
  Manage patient intake paperwork and pre-visit instructions
• Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
  Oversee check-out and post-visit care coordination

• Current Medical Assistant license in the state of Oklahoma (required)
• Experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with a patient-first mindset
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
