Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Assist with medication administration and provide related treatments under the supervision of a nurse in accordance with physician orders and facility policy;
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and feeding;
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers;
Observe residents’ rights and report changes in condition, behavior, or functional status;
Participate in orientation of new or temporary staff to ensure continuity in care
