We' re seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a growing rehabilitation team. You' ll work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
WhatYou' ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as goals are achieved.
- Establish realistic functional goals and assist patients in reaching them.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and patient outcomes.
- Complete daily documentation and billing in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Delegate appropriate patient care activities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
- Participate in continuing education, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with mentoring students, new employees, and volunteers when appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist License or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice in Oklahoma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation.
New graduates are encouraged to apply! 0-6 months of related experience required.

Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay from $39.78/hour
