Mental Health Counselor

Shift: Day Shift (Typically 8-hour shifts)

Schedule:

6 Days/Week – Open Availability Required

Pay - $50.5 - $56.5

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Coordinator to plan and provide non-medical clinical mental health services within a secure facility setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work independently while managing a caseload efficiently.

The ideal candidate will deliver mental health screenings, assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and level of functioning
• Provide ongoing counseling, treatment, and crisis intervention services
• Accurately document all treatment and evaluation activities in patient health records
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and clinical materials
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively in treatment delivery
• Collaborate as needed while managing an independent caseload

• Day shifts, typically 8 hours
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Initial engagement with potential for auto-offers
• Open availability required per scheduling policy

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a comparable role
• Education:
  
  Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
• Licensure/Certification:
  Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
