WorkDay Functional Analyst Core HCM & Training

Help Shape the Future of HR Technology We' re looking for an experienced Workday Functional Analyst I with strong Core HCM expertise to support, optimize, and enhance our Workday Human Capital Management platform. This position plays a key role in configuring Workday, improving business processes, supporting end users, and creating training resources that drive user adoption across the organization. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.
• Design and enhance business processes, tenant configuration, security, and system features.
• Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and other configuration components.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases and system enhancements.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues while identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop user-friendly training materials, quick reference guides, and knowledge documentation.
• Deliver training and mentor end users to encourage consistent system adoption.
• Participate in application testing, upgrades, and ongoing support initiatives.
• Provide after-hours support as needed for system maintenance and critical business operations.

• Bachelor' s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM experience is required.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of:
  Core HCM Business Process Configuration Security Configuration Calculated Fields Validation Rules Condition Rules
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience creating training materials and supporting end-user adoption.

• Experience with additional Workday modules such as:
  Recruiting Onboarding Talent Experience building Workday reports and dashboards.
• Previous experience mentoring or training users on Workday functionality.
