Location - Fort Sill, Oklahoma (Lawton, OK)

Employment Type - Full-Time | Onsite

Reporting To - Director of Operations

Compensation – Up to $130K + Benefits (Up to 8% annually performance bonus) + Benefits(Listed below in the file)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance to oversee a large-scale total facilities maintenance contract at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day contract operations and managing a diverse team supporting critical facilities maintenance services. This includes oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and other facility-related services.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between government representatives, contract personnel, and corporate leadership while ensuring that all services are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader with extensive facilities maintenance experience and a solid understanding of government or public-sector service contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale facilities maintenance contract.
  • Manage contract personnel and ensure all assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team supporting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds, and general facilities maintenance services.
  • Manage operational budgets and monitor financial performance to ensure cost-effective contract execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives, customers, and corporate leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and applicable safety requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, surveillance activities, and audits to ensure services meet established quality standards.
  • Take immediate corrective action when performance or service delivery does not meet contractual expectations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage employees in accordance with contract and organizational requirements.
  • Administer corporate personnel policies and partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters, investigations, and policy implementation.
  • Process employee timesheets, onboarding documentation, termination paperwork, and other administrative requirements within established deadlines.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and tools necessary for contract operations.
  • Review and submit invoices and recommend equipment or tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established Quality Control and Safety Plans.
  • Promote a strong culture of workplace safety and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Safety & Risk Mitigation teams to address operational challenges and achieve organizational goals.
  • Partner with Workforce Development teams to support employee placement and appropriate workplace accommodations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, responsive, and effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, process efficiencies, and enhanced service delivery.
  • Remain available to respond to after-hours operational emergencies when required.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience
    , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance
    , preferably supporting public-sector installations or government facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale facilities maintenance operations or service contracts.
  • Experience working with federal, state, county, municipal, military, or other public-sector facilities is strongly preferred.
